My Journey, Interest and Perspective: Mt. Geulis (1281 mdpl)

Mt.Geulis (5 October 2013)

(Ki-Ka : Gary, Fajar, Rovi, Aden, Ramdha, Puji, Tatang, Uqe)

Mt.Geulis (1281 mdpl) is located in sumedang, West Java east side of Bandung. In week end, This mountain become a destination of many UNPAD students who’s studying there, just to get some relaxing atmosphere to refresh their mind. Just like us (Uqe, Puji, Ramdha, Fajar, Rovi, Aden, Gery Tatang and Me “Amincun”), although we’re not UNPAD Students except Ramdha.

This trip to Mt.Geulis was done few moths ago, To get to Mt.Geulis From Dipatiukur (a place we stayed), you just have to use jatinangor bus (in front of UNPAD’s gate) then continue by walking (Not too far J). We started hiking at 5pm and finally arrived around 8pm. The track is not too far, but the slope is enough to make us stop several times. Right after we got there, we set the tents, fire and started cooking coz we are so hungry, and cold as well. After having our late dinner, we slept except “me”, Tatang and aden, we’re busy keeping the fire remain on while chit-chat in random topics.

In the morning, we woke them up because the sunrise is almost set up. The sunrise is really beautiful the color is so perfect and the weather is very refreshing. And very cold also. :D

These girls (uqe and puji) are very strong, it didn't mean that they can lift a heavy weight but more about mentally. no complain during the trip though the track is hard.
